    Read a good book, take walks in the park or read a book in the park, go for a drive just to enjoy nature…it really helps to put things into perspective and show that there is life all around! If that fails…a good comedy or catching up with old friends usually does the trick!

    I usually find a good book and read until my mind is at ease. I also take a real good nap, and deal with the situation once I’m awake. I’ve also found talking to someone about it helps ease the stress. Talking just to vent and not for a solution, that is.

    I listen to soothing music and rest! Depending on the situation, I might go jogging.
