2. The Collection & Use of Non-Personally Identifiable Information

When you browse our website, our web server automatically registers your IP address, domain name and address, browser type, pages visited and the visit of your length.  An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet.  IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

The information collected is used by VBD, LLC to maintain the high quality of the services that we offer to our customers and visitors.  We use the information collected to provide general statistics regarding website usage. We also use IP addresses to help identify problems with our server, manage our website, examine trends and gather information to help us improve our services and website.

If you ask to have the information on your account deleted or removed, it may not be totally possible.  It may be impossible for us to completely delete all of your information because we cannot delete information associated with past transactions on our website.

We utilize industry standard security measures when accepting your credit card Information during the online ordering process, as well as whenever we ask you to login to our website.  You can access your Personally Identifiable Information on our website through a password and your email address. 7.  Use of Tracking Devices.

This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies, web beacon and other tracking devices by our website only and does not cover the use of tracking devices by any third party companies.

 VBD may use other industry standard technologies such as pixel tags and web beacons along with cookies or we may allow our third party service providers to use these devices on our behalf.  A cookie is a small text file that can be stored on an end user’s computer.  Pixel tags and web beacons are tiny graphic images placed on certain pages on our website, or in our emails that allow us to determine whether you have performed a specific action.

VBD use the results from these tracking devices to customize and create a more user-friendly experience for our customers and visitors.    These tracking devices permit VBD, LLC to collect Non-Personally Identifiable Information to gain a better understanding of visitor traffic and interaction with the pages and content, advertisements, promotions and our website performance. 

As part of their service, third party service providers may place tracking devices on your computer.
